The staff was wonderful and friendly. They were always available. I enjoyed the modern room controls, and it was quiet. Crisp, clean sheets were provided. I also appreciate that the staff booked a car for me during the transit strike.
The hotel location involves a bit of walking to reach the metro. Nearby food options are somewhat limited. It's not a deal-breaker, though.

The hotel staff responded quickly to emails. They upgraded my room to the Junior Q Suite. Breakfast included many choices, very good.
The neighborhood around the hotel was quite unclean. Walls were covered in tags. Sidewalks seemed damaged and narrow.

The staff provided fabulous service, Athena the concierge was especially helpful. Breakfast included a nice variety and good quality items. The hotel has very nice interiors and the rooms create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
The shower was a little too small.
